Do your collars have safety releases?
All Kitty Planet collars come with safety releases.

How tight should you put on the collar?
We don’t like the word tight. The collar should be loose enough to pull off your head (without taking off your head) but not so lose that is doesn’t stay on. A good measure of thumb is that you should be able to put two fingers comfortably under the collar after it’s on.

Can a kitten wear a collar?
It is not advisable to put collars on kittens unless it is supervised and removed afterwards. Cats should be one year young before wearing a collar.

I’m an indoor cat. Do I need a collar?
It’s every cats’ responsibility to look their best whether they are indoors or out. In addition, it is important to have some form of ID on your cat even if they are strictly an indoor cat because lore has it that they have been known to escape. At the very least, your cat should be micro chipped.

Can a dog wear a Kitty Planet collar?
Please check the measurements of your dog’s neck and also keep in mind cat collars are
designed to release while dog collars are designed to restrain. A Kitty Planet safety collar is
designed to release and therefore should only be used as a fashion accent.

We accept Paypal and payments through your Amazon account. Yes, you can use your Amazon points towards Kitty Planet products.

How long does it take for product to arrive?
Orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail, with a tracking number within 2 – 3 days. USPS Priority Mail does not guarantee service but, estimates 2 – 3 day delivery although times may be slower especially during the holiday season. Bad weather may also cause delays.
You will receive an email from USPS with your tracking number however, USPS does not always update their shipments daily. In fact, your shipment may arrive prior to it being posted to their site.

Orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail as this is the most inexpensive and reliable method of shipping that provides tracking.

Kitty Planet Privé Litter Screens are shipped in a Tear-Proof Polyolefin Mailing Envelope. Please note, they are large and oversized and heavy which is why the costs are higher than the shipping for collars.
Other large items will be shipped in a large box follow the same schedule as Litter Screens.

HELP! My Order got duplicated!
Don’t worry we delete all duplicated orders. Why do orders get duplicated? Some in the Internet world believe it is because you clicked twice. At Kitty Planet we believe that this mystery is akin to the missing sock and that the truth is out there somewhere.

Returns + Exchanges + Guarantee
You may return your Kitty Planet purchase for any reason for a full refund. However, return shipping is not refunded (unless the product arrives damaged upon arrival and is not worth sending back).
Please be aware all refunds will be made by check only. Refund checks will be sent First Class mail and will arrive within 5 business days after your item return. Please allow for extra time during holiday periods.
