What sizes do your collars come in?

All Kitty Planet collars are adjustable from 8" to 12"

Do your collars have safety releases?

Every Kitty Planet collars come with a safety release to ensure fashionable and safe indoor and outdoor romps.

How tight should you put on the collar?

We don't like the word tight. The collar should be loose enough to pull off your head (without taking off your head) but not so lose that is doesn't stay on. A good measure of thumb is that you should be able to put two fingers comfortably under the collar after it's on.

Are your collars lined?

All Kitty Planet products are made with the attention to detail that even the most particular feline will enjoy. Kitty Planet collars are lined in kid leather or ultra suede for that sumptuous and comfortable fit all feline fashionistas deserve.

Can a cat have more than one collar?

Can a girl have more than one pair of shoes?

I'm an indoor cat. Do I need a collar?

It's every cats responsibility to look their best whether they are indoors or out.

Can a Dog wear a Kitty Planet collar?

Yes, but only if your neck is between 8 - 12" in diameter.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Kitty Planet accepts: MasterCard, Visa and American Express.  

How long does it take for product to arrive?

All Kitty Planet product (except for Amazon book orders) are shipped via US Post Priority Mail.

Products are shipped following your credit card authorization and verification of information or when your check clears. Your much anticipated order should arrive at your doorstep in about 3 - 5 business days.

Do you ship to Canada?

Yes, we are pleased to let you know that we now ship to Canada! However please note due to costs, shipments are made via US First Class Post, not Priority Mail. Please allow 10 - 15 working days to receive your order. Please see the Shipping and Handling Costs section to see the shipping costs for Canada.

What are your Shipping & Handling costs?

How do I know that my order shipped?

You will receive two e-mails after you have placed your order and provided Kitty Planet with a valid e-mail address. The first e-mail lets you know we've received your order, the second to let you know your order has been shipped.

How do I change or cancel an order?

Please e-mail us as soon as possible at shipping@kitty-planet.com. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request. Should we not be able to cancel an order please keep in mind all unused, unwashed product may be returned for a full refund.

HELP!  My Order got duplicated!

Don't worry we delete all duplicated orders.  Why do orders get duplicated?  Some in the Internet world believe it is because you clicked �confirm� twice.  At Kitty Planet we believe that this mystery is akin to the missing sock and that the truth is out there somewhere.

RETURN & EXCHANGES

The Kitty Planet 30 day guarantee.

We think it's important to be finicky so, if you are not absolutely enamored with your order, we accept returns of unworn or damaged product up to 30 days after you have received the product. We can send you a new color, an entirely different style or if you prefer a refund.

Simply enclose your invoice, reason for return and merchandise in a box, then send the box back to us via insured mail. The reason for return is important for us as we continue to develop the ultimate product for you.
